For my first review, I will be talking about the series Junie B. Jones by Barbara Park. These books are good beginners geared towards 1st and 2nd graders, but can be read and enjoyed by all. This is a series about a kindergartener who has a bunch of “adventures” throughout kindergarten, starting with the first book, Junie B. Jones and the Stupid Smelly Bus. This is Barbara Park’s first book, in which Junie B. starts her first day of afternoon kindergarten.

As the series goes on, she gets a little older, and there is even another series where she starts the first grade. In the first grade, she gets glasses, which she absolutely does not want. The first book in this series is called Junie B., First Grader. This is her first day of first grade and also the book in which she gets glasses.

This is a great and funny series that I would recommend to any young child looking to read a new series. I personally enjoyed this series when I was younger, too.
